There is always going to be drama and judgement in a community, I know that. I just find it so silly for readers to attack one another for things like this that quite literally do not matter.

Media Superiority: I'm going to be extra clear when I say this, listening to audiobooks still counts as reading. How you consume material is no better or worse than how another person consumes that same material. "Audiobooks don't count" yes, the fuck, they do. Stop being ignorant.

Reading Races: Everybody reads at their own pace. Everybody has factors in their lives that contribute to how much they can or cannot read. This has nothing to do with their comprehension skill or their intellectuality.

Genre shaming: I personally read a lot of romance in every subgenre. Does this mean that I find horror, self-help, nonfiction, YA, etc lacking? Absolutely not. Read whatever the hell you want to read. One genre is not better than the other and no genre is beneath you.
