How do you recycle anything in rural communities?? The same place you take your recycling now also takes car batteries. Yes the small ones, but big EV batteries are no different, just larger, so you would take them to the same places and they get recycled just like the smaller ones do now.

It would even out. you look at cali or NY and think they are 100% blue. or that texas & utah is 100% red. that isn't the case. the way it is now the blue voters in red states & red voters in blue states basically have 0 input. If your state is going one way or the other you might as well not vote.
