It seems to me that you knew it would never pass. I would guess the strategy would be to get those f**wit Republicans on record saying they are opposed to reform. I think that is useful for upcoming elections. Keep up the good fight.

I have come to the conclusion democratic leadership is functioning exactly the way they want to function.
The existing leadership isn't clueless. They are ok with what is happening.
Literally, the only wrong thing dems could do is be quiet, and that is what the leadership is doing.
