seems like a worthwhile tradeoff tho, ig it's a bit use-case dependent but most of the time I just want full open or full closed, quickly, and for that use-case the needle style just seems terribly suited... if/when u do ever make them available for purchase or download, I'll be interested :3

honestly that also just seems vastly superior tho, as opposed to having to spin for years to close and open it. I guess it might a bit harder to precisely adjust airflow esp near the low end compared to a needle valve?

that's fair! they do look really nice and slim, most of the 40mm valve prints I've seen look a bit bulky
