Just remembering it and trying to think it through gives me anxiety again and that in of itself is proof I have lasting effects from that incident. Man I feel like such a loser. It wasn’t even my fault but I let it affect me. This sucks.

I’ve all but forgotten about her day to day but I think I’m just overall more alert to how people treat me online. Because I wasn’t like this before and it occurred to me that it must be because of this

Yeah…. I’ve been slowly changing my diet over the years but it’s rough. I killed my gut when I was young and now I sow what I reap. Thanks for the advice, it’s a good reminder every now and then that I need to really try a bit harder 💀 sighs

I pray when I do eventually pass out from exhaustion that I wake up and don’t spend all of tomorrow clutching the bathroom door but rather being productive at work 🤡

I have this theory that kids just experience less of irl and have a lower literacy rate in general. so the two factors create kids who can’t relate because they have so little experience to begin w and also being able to relate to anything (understanding a metaphor) is like a revelation to them lol

But also this is a symptom of a bigger problem fr 🤡 the number of “analysis” videos on YouTube these days that I’ve been baited to watch without anything past 10th grade English class level analysis is just…. Too many……..

They didn’t get a proper education in media literacy so metaphors are like really important to them rn 😔
