I clean nothing 😭 unless the fat is in excess like the larger pieces at the base of the tail when you buy it whole, but other than that 😂 that’s the best partttttttt. Just have to make sure you render it.
How long does it take y’all to clean the fat off of oxtail? I don’t know if I’m too overzealous about this because it takes me hours to get it from package to in the pot and I’m sick of it.
