Oshi really needs to get this throat thing checked out and also decide if another annual contract with a company that's shafted her again and again despite being told "We're working on improving things!" while being told "We're making more in-house work mandatory"

I can't speak to the JP translation, but that was the immediate issue I took with the EN translation after hearing the CN one

which is what leads to the scientist saying "She's taking too many risks" etc etc, but with "I have no choice" and then destruction that is shorthand for typical ARPG/DMC gameplay, there's a greater disconnect because it feels like "this is what she's gotta do to survive" instead

I feel like there's actually a disconnect due to translation and actions taken as in the CN she doesn't go "I have no choice" but rather "In my case..." right before the last bit of slaughter, making her agency more obvious and contextualizing why she's explaining "what's supposed to happen"
