They reviewed first insights from XiA’s stakeholder surveys, benchmarked national readiness and aligned needs for the future #EEHRxF and #EHDS rollout.

With the #EHDS entering implementation, interoperability is becoming a must-have skill for all #Health and #IT professionals.XiA and BeWell identified several collaboration opportunities,with a first joint initiative planned early next year.

And the momentum continued today at #DigiHealthDays 2025 with the session: “Accelerating Interoperability Competence through Innovation”, hosted by Prof. Anne Moen and Simon Lewerenz, with contributions from Laurea, EFMI, Universidade do Porto, and @chronaki.bsky.social from @hl7europe.bsky.social.

The day closed with a #publicsession at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, reflecting on XiA’s role within the broader #EHDS / #EEHRxF landscape and its connections with other EU initiatives (#XpanDH, xShare,Xt-EHR, SHAIPED, @i2xproject.bsky.social, myHealth@myHands, …).

Key outcomes of the workshops:
• aligning upcoming XiA #training #modules with real stakeholder needs
• refining #personas to guide pedagogical priorities
• reviewing the first draft of the XiA #curriculum
• shaping the #microcredential strategy

After a brief project overview by coordinator Henrique Martins, most of the day shifted to hands-on collaborative workshops with all #XiA consortium partners.
