I don’t need to be accepted, liked, or approved by people. I stopped chasing that a long time ago. And honestly? I’m happier and more at peace now that I’ve stopped people-pleasing and started being unapologetically me.

I know not everyone will like me, and everyone has their own opinions—I respect that. But don’t twist my character to fit your nasty agenda. Especially if you don’t truly know me. Truth is, I don’t care what people think of me anymore. I know who I am—and so does God.

I’m willing to agree to disagree and put differences aside. I don’t push people away because of their beliefs, background, or identity. If you don’t like me, that’s fine. If you don’t agree with my beliefs, that’s okay.

I am loving. I am kind. I am understanding. I am open-minded. I am loyal. I am compassionate. I don’t judge (unrighteously). I don’t discriminate. I am a helpmeet. I love everyone regardless of who they are, and I pray they come to know Jesus.
