That's good to hear. Some of the Steam reviewers complain of a restrictive leveling-up system hindering their fun with the game as a single player experience. Your writeup does make it sound like a *really* fun game though...

Perhaps my biggest gaming regret is having let the byzantine ways in which we in Iceland had to go about buying digital games on the 3DS stop me from playing Crimson Shroud.

Such a fascinating, yet imposing, series. Having only played SaGa Frontier 2 back in the day I have no idea where to even begin with these games. The Romancing SaGa 2 remake? Any thoughts Kimimi?
