My decisions are generally based on availability and price. As a shopper, I do not see the value in buying something labeled organic. Additionally, I have concerns w/ organic production keeping up with global demand in an affordable way.

I am skeptical of organic agriculture, but am open to science. I'm not interested in ideas of farming organically, but am interested in why I should as a consumer, buy organic. Please share research backed resources to help inform me.
