Spent today setting up a Zettelkasten (note taking system) in Obsidian. I think im going to need a format for including "visual" notes on paintings, etc. I want to cancel all social obligations between now and January to work on a foundation from the backlog. I cannot go into a deep enough isolation

Well it WAS going well.... and then I unevenly shrunk it with primer. Guess im just gonna have to do prints after all

I cant tell if an artist studio "looks good" or seems worth looking at when it kind of looks like shit. Of course, the old masters (currently age ~80) seem to mostly live in a cluttered rats nest of paint on the floor and crusty everything and those 5 minute documentaries love them
