I am thoroughly convinced that the difference between hard right and hard left is hard-wired. It’s in our DNA whether we are feel that the world is “we”. That we are all interconnected and that helping others helps us all. Or if we feel the world is “us vs them” and that there must be a fight.

I think “husbands” saw this and blocked their wives from voting all together.

. That’s something we just hope for but don’t ever say out loud because it backfires. That’s like telling your kids to “not tell mom” that inevitably doesn’t work out and always hurts you in the end because it now shows you are willing to be deceitful.
