I tell myself to work on a chapter a day, but that's not how it goes.

Oh, that's awesome you have a completion timeframe! I've tried having a set schedule, which worked for a year when my daughters were younger. I'm trying to do it again, but we'll see if I can keep up with it. Hope your writing project is going well!

Anyway, we'll see what I'm able to accomplish in 2025, right?

Each year I think, "Oh! I'm going to finish this!" Then a series of unfortunate things happen and I'm left feeling behind again. I enjoy writing the Unico blog/news posts, so at least that allows me to write in small bursts. But ugh... how do people stay focused on their art and writing?

I've been working on this story for so long, but hope one day I'll finish. I struggle between wishing I could draw it in comic form and writing it. Either way, it's a struggle to find the time and energy these days.
