Crazy noticeable results in two months. I wish I wouldn't have thought that tracking my food was silly. I still eat dank ass meals but I just adjust the rest of my day.

Whoop is out here trying to tell me 5 hours of sleep isn't enough. I used to only get 5 hours a week. Trust me this is good.
