This is probably some 0.0000001% chance of happening in a regular playthrough, but here's a soft-lock spot in the Underworks. Gripping to this exact spot and moving slightly right places the player just out of bounds enough to where you can't escape without reloading the save.

I didn't realise how difficult beating silksong in 5 hours was. For reference, with Hollow Knight, I beat the game in 3-4 hours. Silksong was actually getting quite close to the 5 hour mark.
