I feel guilty for being so sad/numb. I have no reason to feel this way, yet I do. I'm upset with myself and I'm trying to give myself some grace throughout everything, but it's so frustrating. I don't know what to do to fix it. I love my life, but I'm so exhausted for some reason, it breaks my heart

I'm not in constant survival mode like I was as a kid & teenager, it comes in waves. I hardly have the energy to do anything, things I used to enjoy I no longer feel like doing. I feel like my joy is fading even though my living & family situation has improved greatly compared to my early life.
