Spirit mend for sure has saved me and others in different situations. Solo, mythics (usually with someone else who lusts), and raiding, although I haven't done much grouping this expansion.

Really enjoyed my Razer wolverine ultimate tournament edition. I will be very sad when it dies as the new versions just don't have as much functionality.
