So what did we learn from FWA?
Conventions are not theme park rides: There is not a fixed pipeline of people coming in and going out. Virtual lines do not work.
Things should be thoroughly tested at volume: Do not implement a system 3 days before you push it to prod.

Followed the ToS to a T.
