I like football!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you include Brees as a Charger things start to get really fun with Brees/Rivers/Herbert/Fotus

Helps when the free rusher sprints by the QB unimpeded

The first disaster-play brought back flashes of Caleb’s safety against PIT last week

He’s been calling plays like it’s 2020 again all day today. Just ridiculously on point.

This is the same rivalry where the packers won a primetime game by begging the refs for imaginary hands to the face calls - which were then granted. Why would anyone be surprised lol.

(And I say this as someone who needs GB to win today)

I mean there’s no real argument against this?

If you want to run a troll account that’s fine but this is weird!
November 26, 2025 at 5:09 PM
Yeah and that doesn’t really help Rodgers at all lmao
November 26, 2025 at 12:42 PM
Are you arguing the NFC North was good in the 2010’s? Ponder, Cutler, the routinely 4-12 Lions?

Or that Brees playing in a dome at all comes close to the fact Rodgers had significantly better weapons his entire career?

Or that Rodgers’s raw stats overrule Brees having a wildly better DVOA?
November 26, 2025 at 12:32 PM
I say Pre NYJ because I last calculated it in 2020/21 by averaging the data on now defunct football outsiders, and I can’t imagine Rodgers’ Standing has improved since then.
November 25, 2025 at 10:57 PM
Nope! I’m pretty confident in this take actually, but feel free to have your own opinions.

Pre NYJ, Rodgers’ average DVOA Rank in any given year was about the 8th best QB in the leauge.

Brees,Brady, and Manning all averaged being in the 1-3 range from 2008, when Rodgers became the starter, on.
November 25, 2025 at 10:54 PM
Just being better players consistently year in and year out. Doing more with less around them on offense for half a decade now.

Both of them last year were easily better than Rodgers has ever been. I know people will bring up 2011, but that team had 5 WRs who would’ve been the #1 WR on 2024 BAL/BUF
November 25, 2025 at 10:52 PM
There’s just a huge gap between Brady/Manning/Brees and Rodgers. I think the top 3 are the only 2010’s mainstays who belong in the hall

- but the actual hall is much less strict on QBs (Kurt Warner, once again. And probably Eli at some point), and so yes based on that Rodgers clears the bar.
November 25, 2025 at 10:50 PM
Based on who’s in the HOF I agree. They let Kurt Warner in!

But “one of the best to ever play the position” dosen’t really hold up. He was a solid longtime franchise QB who played with stacked teams and benefited tremendously from a broken voting system for AP Awards. He’s closer to Ryan than Brady
November 25, 2025 at 10:48 PM
Wild how Bears fans have Stockholm syndromed themselves into wildly overrating Rodgers.

He wasn’t bad but top 5 QB all time is laughable. He wasn’t even a top 3 QB of either of his eras.

(Brady,Manning,Brees)(Mahomes,Lamar,Allen) all comfortably better than Rodgers, regardless of hardware/“legacy”
November 25, 2025 at 10:45 PM
I mean based on who’s in the HOF right now they both are. So are a bunch of other guys who maybe shouldn’t be there, like Ben, Rivers, etc.

Letting Kurt Warner in opened up alot of floodgates.
November 25, 2025 at 10:42 PM
Rodgers only knows two plays lmao, I’m tired of everyone treating someone who refuses to run anything resembling a modern NFL offense as some sort of football genius.
