“We are a people of resurrection faith, and though fear may darken the days ahead, we stand rooted in the promise that light shines in the darkness and the darkness cannot overcome it. Our churches are called to be sanctuaries-places of refuge, accompaniment, and courage.”
A letter from the Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas.

“I never thought I would live in a time when the United States government would censure a bishop, jeopardize religious free speech, or threaten to take people while they attend worship.” ⚓️

Come, Lord Jesus.

"He has shown might with his arm, dispersed the arrogant of mind and heart.

He has thrown down the rulers from their thrones but lifted up the lowly.

The hungry he has filled with good things; the rich he has sent away empty."

May we enact the Good News.
