This is what "anticipatory obedience" looks like. When you let a corrupt administration dictate your language, you’ve already lost the fight. If your mission statement is too "woke" for a fascist, keep it. Don't delete it. Silence is complicity.

The excuse? "Strategic planning." The reality? Fear. Groups from UNICEF USA to sports leagues are whitewashing their missions to keep federal funding flowing. As one lawyer put it, the administration is a "bully drawing a line in the sand"—and these groups are backing down.
