For some reason I can’t find episode 5 on Apple Podcasts. I’ve loved the series so far but it’s just not there!

To be fair, I’m still over the last 3 months saving about 25% compared to flexible. So yes a few bad days but I’m saving overall.

I get 4.1% but probably because I’m on perks, I do pay £7 a month for that but I get a cinema ticket a month and a coffee or snack each week so it pays for itself there.

Although I do struggle not to dose off on the bus so actually the lack of leg room may have helped.

I get headaches but thankfully never had chronic migraines. I used to run marathons pre injury and constantly feel like I’ve done one at the moment (without the sense of achievement). I gained a some weight while I was waiting for surgery on my ankle (long waiting list) I scored high, probably should have seen my GP with not being able to get fitness back and being very exhausted. Watch made me sort it. I was avoiding I think as was worried something worse & didn’t want to know 🫣

If you ever want to do a follow up on this and want a perspective of someone who was alerted to go to their Dr by their watch and it turns out the watch was 100% correct let me know. Got my own experience now.

So, this happened to me - a patient. I got an alert - I have been very worn out and not been able to get my fitness back after injury and surgery despite trying. Anyway watch told me to speak to Dr, I did, and last week had sleep study and I have severe sleep apnoea diagnosed now. Waiting for CPAP.
