Oh, been there many years ago with one of the first versions of MS Word.
I was writing a small piece about the Bristol Type 167 Brabazon aircraft.
Word autocorrect helpfully changed 'Brabazon' to 'Baboon' in every instance.
And no, I didn't catch it before I sent copy off!

Horrible crash.
Hate speculating before the accident report, but there are picture of an engine core on the side of the runway.
Flames pouring over the wing and complete loss of control once airborne. From sources I've read, they were past V-1.
