Vegan food I brought for thanksgiving. Carrot soup, italian bread with olive oil, seitan "turkey" cutlets, light mushroom gravy, sauteed broccoli, and chocolate chip cookies. Also had some double-stuffed potatoes and mini candied yams that my mom made vegan.

I paced myself a bit, but I've finally finished silksong. Once I hit around 90-92% I looked up the final items I was missing.

One more update for this. I've added two different starting points for silicone-based lubes. They're extremely simple to put together, and the ratios can be adjusted to suit your preferences. They're significantly cheaper than commercial silicone lubes. docs.google.com/document/d/1...

I think I'm done with chess for now lol. This is way higher than I ever expected to get, and honestly idk how I managed to get this high. Pushing further would likely require a fair amount of studying, and idk if I have that in me given how stressful chess can be.

Been having some stability issues when trying to refine my lotion base, so I pulled out all of the unnecessary ingredients to try to find the culprit. The funny bit is that this stripped back version looks and feels super nice as it is lol

You could try doing a couch-to-5k or similar program if you want to ease into it. You should be able to get down to 7-8 minutes pretty quickly.

Hopefully making progress with my lotion base. It's a water-in-oil emulsion with 80% water & water soluble materials trapped inside 20% oil & oil soluble materials. This particular version replaces ~22.2% of the distilled water content with a combination of a glycol & betaine to help with freezing.

oh I also dabble a bit with cosmetic chemistry. Here's a formula for a gentle peppermint body wash, and one for a retinol oily-gel using easy-to-access materials c:
