Last night I was so physically exhausted that I barely made it upstairs to the bed. However, I couldn’t sleep. I wanted to cry, scream and kick out of an overwhelming sense of frustration and stress, but I tossed back and forth moaning with a furrowed brow. The stress of this month is too much.
