Indulgence is escape from truth.
Have you ever been making music, art, work, etc and you enter a “flow state?” No emotions, no overt thoughts, no judgment; just reaction, existing in the moment. Then you’re snapped out of it. And just like that it’s gone. How did I get there? How do I get back in that flow??? You can live there.
