Yeah! They are trying in the USA too and they had 22 of the 23 entries slapped down. It should not be able to apply to things that predate the pattent submission. Insane that Japan allows that, but they have super questionable law to begin with with their 90+% conviction rates.

That's what my boss keeps saying when I try and pitch in on the actual work. "Delegate" "delegate" "delegate". I think a leader leads by example and I want to help do the work. I got promoted out of it because I was good at it. It's so dumb.
