Has Manchester always smelt of cannabis throughout the city centre, or have things changed since I left in 2015?

I can’t believe I’ve awoken to more snow in Shropshire, but I’m not complaining.

In a week I fly to Vienna.

I’ve missed the city and cannot wait to be back.

I never expected to wake up in Shropshire to find snow outside and it still snowing, albeit lightly.
