In these populist times every once in awhile it feels like the courts get it right declaring it unconstitutional to remove bike lanes.

Best part about Ford losing that case is he already confessed what was right over wrong for public safety.

Courts said no you don’t remove them until you prove why meanwhile to usurp the city it’s rumoured the province will budget in removal.

Ford (and it always seems like it’s Conservatives) never seem to remember that the internet is forever and he himself shat himself riding in traffic without a bike lane. 🤦‍♂️
