Today I did something I never thought I would do; I changed my voter registration. I am no longer a registered democrat and they will never see another dime from me. The party is dead, and Chuck killed it. I switched to the Green Party, but I may just opt out of voting. It doesn't seem to matter.

You can tell Chuck that I'm so fed up with his "leadership" that I changed my voter registration to the Green Party today. Dems are losing more supporters than gaining them. I'm done with this feckless party. I appreciate your efforts, thank you.

They don't pick the person based on merit or honor, it's based on their level of influence and importance that year (whether good or bad). Although I do agree that I wish they made the criteria clearer to the public.

Do you think he'll actually DO something other than work out a deal with Republicans to get a three day weekend during a constitutional crisis or complain about pizza prices during the super bowl? I'm in disgust of my party right now. (And may lose a lot because of all this)

From the actions & non-actions seen these last 2 weeks, it is beyond clear that the Democratic party fully supports Musk & Trump's actions. There can literally be no other explanation. There is only one party now, & that is the Trump party. The Democratic party has sold us out.

They actually think this strategy of sitting back and letting Trump destroy everything will get Republicans to switch their votes in two years. What they are actually doing is making Democrats not want to vote at all. They will never see another penny from me, and I'm reconsidering my vote as well.
