D8 --> D5 in 5 months, for context

Went from d8 (5th LSL) to D5-6 ish in this time. Open level js the best way to improve and you cannot convince me otherwise.

I am very interested to see how this pans out in the coming couple months, but I highly doubt it'll push the TOs making small events to come to the bigger orgs. I personally applied to staff for shark tank because I felt like i could genuinly do something there, and make an impact.

*no pun intended* ultimatley, I dont know *how* impactful these changes will end up being? Teacup merged with Ammo-knights, and I know shark tank (which I lead) is doing a sudo-merge with the Horizon (reach) until they can get more events up and running to actually hit the 150 threshold

This defenitly has some bias coming from me, as a former reach TO but I dont see anything reason it doesn't deserve to run when it has extremely good verification, seeding, a stream, and an art prize. The fact that it has to reach the threshold of 150 while only running monthly is a bit much imo
