Olympia, WA: No Kings. We couldn't get close to the stage, but the crowd filled all of the capital campus and along Capital Way to downtown. Passing cars were honking in support, many decorated with protest banners.

I don't think I've ever seen so many people at the Olympia capital. The whole campus was crowded, and all along Capital Way, and traffic was honking in support.

Am I ready to teach? It has been a minute. Some supplies were delivered, but no one knows where they are. I haven't been able to print templates and handouts. But I think it's going to be good anyway.

The first frame is a demo for my Light & Shadow in Mosaic workshop. I'll be teaching this at the Glass Craft and Bead Expo this week in Las Vegas.

Last week, I visited a home where one of my glass-on-glass windows is hung. I love seeing my artwork in its natural habitat.

Town Hall tonight with my rep, Emily Randall. It was a full house with more behind me and on the sides. I am shy and it's hard for me to go alone to events like this, but I'm glad I did.
