The headline is terrible because it makes it sound like the founder is complaining when he's actually trying to get across that the folks in the C-suite are out of touch with employees.

I just read that article. The headline makes him sound out of touch, but he's actually not complaining so much as he's telling C-suiters that they're out of touch.
