For Hollie's birthday I went with her lore of being inspired by Utena for her character of Elowen. I copied one of the famous poses Utena adopts in Chiho Saito's artwork and tried my hand at shoujo style.

Getting the hang of new software. Tambourine girl was a fun experiment. Need a better liner brush though.

The process. From rough sketch on my tablet (I use Infinite Painter) to a finished line drawing, then flat colouring and shading, next adding a background and more details/smoothing out some of the colouring. All done on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

More of my friend's DnD characters. This one was started with traditional media (Bristol paper and copic markers) and then scanned and finished digitally. Quite a nice blend and it made me rethink some of my techniques. Human wizard.
