Budding biology student by day, local art cryptid by night. Obsessive tegu parent. Thanks for stopping by my page! -she/her- 31- All posted art is GLAZED
Brown rice and potatoes for my carbs (coconut oil helped soften the brown rice for re heating), and back when I avoided soy I used pea protein and beef based protein for protein supplements. I prep and pack a lot of my own food when visiting friends.

That's the read I got from some of the less charitable comments I saw here. I've been following your ordeal closely and I'm so sorry for your loss and the continued struggles. Thank you for keeping us informed and using this to educate despite how hard it's been emotionally 🙏

Even in my small town where I drive transit it's BAD. Revisiting Denver where I used to live and also drive professionally the change in bad driving was noticeable and drastic. I used to drive through heavy traffic in a step van without breaking a sweat. Now I'm terrified in my small personal car

Can I just. . .Endorse this as a professional driver with thousands of hours behind the wheel? The phones are a serious problem with both pedestrians and drivers.

Ppl almost ten years younger than me were complaining about their hips and backs in my BJJ gym. When I asked them what their stretch routines were I got blank stares. Stretch yer shit y'all.

Quite a few things would out live us! Not just our little creepy crawly friends. The greatest mass extinction event in geological history wiped out over 90% of life on earth but still ended up with the diversity we have today.

Every great movement starts with gaining knowledge and making friends/comrades. Expecting to fully form a coalition or union with very little leadership experience right out of the gate is unrealistic. Even if it's not science related you could see what other unions do and how they operate.

So I think maybe for you it would start with research: not into how to start/ what unions are available but to gain knowledge on both current and historical labor and mutual aid movements. And then it goes to making connections/friends and seeing what they know and growing from there.
