This is hard for me to share, I’m very self conscious, but I need to speak out. There’s a new covid variant and a summer surge (there is NO FLU VIRUS IN WASTEWATER RN). Every time you get covid you risk getting long covid.

Getting a negative on a rapid antigen test means almost nothing. If you have “just a cold” you must test multiple collection sites and then GET A PCR TEST.
