The state is in general hostile to black folks, but we love bomb throwers. Last Democrat to win state office here was a notorious bomb thrower. Anyway, she doesn’t need to win the KKK in east Texas. If that’s the requirement then no dem will ever win here.

This quote was her response to an attack that she had some ideological reason for supporting trans women in women’s prisons as the AG of California. She was explicitly defending following the law in California. Hilarious to lecture others for not watching clips when you’ve not watched her interview.
