I actually find 1 encouraging in this season. I'm sort of counting on Gen Z to be the ones to collectively not tolerate some things Gen X let happen while quietly frowning.

I feel like we're in a place where the Christian right is manufacturing Armageddon.
My solace is the hope that if we go through Revelation with them we can all finally move on.

I received an audition last year for an AI doctor concept video.
The premise was clearly that the patient felt like he could say things to a bot that he wouldn't say to a human doctor.
I've heard from people in tech that this is in development. At the time, the AI docs were failing on empathy.

I'm not perimenopausal yet but being warm in the cold was the one thing I was looking forward to about it.....
