I read them as a kid, all the ones that a friend of our father gave to us because he wasn't going to have any kids himself, anyway. As I am not the current custodian of those books, my memory of them is very very old!

Most drive-ins were demolished years or decades before the pandemic hit. If it had happened while they were merely abandoned, that might have happened. #scifichat

Yeah, me too. And even with guitar chords provided I wasn't happy with what I could do (or theoretically could do, since some of those chords are HARD.) But with the bass, I'm getting somewhere! #SciFiChat
