Democrats must put maximum pressure on the Epstein files release. Cracks are showing in Trump's Republican Party and pressure can break the dam. It doesn't matter who is revealed in the Epstein files. Anyone complicit in abuse and rape of children can answer for their actions. We see you Trump.

SNAP benefits are being misused according to Republicans. The average household SNAP benefit is $200 a month and the average grocery costs for one person is $300-$400. So it seems like SNAP is a very efficient program to provide additional nutrition to those in need.

People advocating for Democrats focusing on blue heavily populated states over sparsely populated rural states forget that those red rural states all have two senators and a number of gerrymandered representatives. Doing so repeats the mistake Democrats made that gave Republicans undue power.

Democrats need to take an overwhelming force approach against Republicans. They're in a cold war against Republican dismantling and subversion of our constitutional republic. You win a cold war with incessant strength, strength of moral messaging and strength of an overwhelming opposing force.

The US has spent over a trillion dollars on the war on drugs. Instead of playing whack-a-mole on drug dealers that money could be spent on healthcare and programs to improve people's lives. Can you imagine we could have invested a trillion dollars into healthcare and mental health treatment. Wow!

Trump is creating a pretense to declare martial law, remove the right to protest and remove free speech. Only loud voices and people in the streets protesting peacefully can stop the end of democracy. Every Democrat politician should be making a loud protest to protect our freedoms at this moment.

Rahm Emanuel has no chance of winning in 2028 against Republicans. He is not likeable. He does not resonate with working class voters. He seems arrogant and self important. Corporate media pushes him because he is corporate. He represents an era that doesn't exist now. Democrats we need better.

Trump is only going to get worse. As a mental health professional for decades I have observed how personality traits become more extreme and more engrained as people age. So if someone has sociopathic or psychopathic traits earlier in life and survives into their 70s there's no managing the mayhem.

Just watched Ken Martin on the John Stewart podcast. How depressing! The Democrats have no clue and nothing is happening to get them back on track with the reality of a declining America. The Democrats are living in the 1990s of Wellstone and Clinton. Wake up Rip Ken Winkle Martin!

Democrats need to stop acting helpless to deal with the problems of community mental health, violence and homelessness. People on the right & left experience this anxiety every day. The answer is known. Prioritize funding community care over international military intervention. Fund love over hate.

The US needs to address the mental health, homelessness and violence crisis unique to our communities. That's the kernel of truth in Trump's con. Since Reagan every president has presided over cuts to public funding of community mental health services and state funded psychiatric hospital services.

Put effort into community organizing. Go directly to the people. The vast majority are more tolerant of difference and want peaceful neighborhoods. Reach out across the street and get to know the people in your community. A sense of belonging generates community safety and empathy.

White supremacy has always been here in the USA. In the 1980s many naively believed it was waning but it was only changing tactics. Stop pretending Trump Republicans are not white supremacists. Christian nationalist propaganda claims to protect Christianity but really works to expand white power.
