All 32 NFL teams were represented at Monday’s HBCU Combine in New Orleans. Two of the many standouts: NC Central WR Joaquin Davis (4.4 40, 40.5 vertical), and SWAC offensive player of the year, Jackson St. RB Irv Mulligan (4.5 40, excellent showcase catching the ball).
