Your suggestion makes linguistic sense but I don't think Ricky Rocket has that connotation of a not so clever character. Maybe Jonny Rocket (based on Jonny Bravo) would make more sense to the English speaking folks). If not keep Rocket Kiko, because Kiko's name was not translated into EN for Chaves.
