That wouldn’t be a proper comparison. Since the case being argued is for someone “who regularly uses pot” not for someone who was high at the time. Read the case, it would be comparable to someone who said they drink nightly not being able to own guns at all, not just while being actively drunk.

This is what’s not being said enough. They are bailing out the farmers so the farmers can make the bank payments. They didn’t care when the farmers were screaming in panic. But when the banks lobbied, they jumping to action.
