this was us til my kid was 20 months, at which point we sleep trained. He cried 25 mins the first night and the second night he plopped down in his crib and went to sleep. It’s so hard, sorry you’re dealing w this. (FYI we actually still do contact naps bc he screams thru the nap hour if we don’t)
