I can’t help thinking that trump always wanted to be a ‘war time’ president so he can gain any extra powers related to that. Venezuela is just the excuse he needs right now.

Judge, jury and executioner. How could anyone expect a fair trial when the person giving the verdict is part of a chain of command stretching right up to the C in Chief, and subject to orders from above.
