Rangers have spent £35m this summer to be fair. Hearts are proving money isn't everything, a properly functioning scouting and analytics department seems to be much more important!
Hopefully Hearts, Hibs, and Aberdeen/Dundee Utd continue to improve in coming years and that translates in Europe
