New for @hellgatenyc.com: tenants of bankcruptcy-plagued Pinnacle Group say the real estate behemoth has stopped paying the power bills:
"I went ballistic," said one longtime tenant of a Crown Heights building where power was cut, owing to to Pinnacle's $10,350 in unpaid bills. "We have tenants here that are very sick, in their 80s and 90s, that need the ambulance to come and take them up and down the steps."
