I grew up not far from Sylvania OH and as kids we used to find pieces of brachiopods around when we rock hunted. We were told the area was at one point the bottom of a sea. Fun to find science all around us.

I would suggest Manual Lymph Drainage by Occupational Therapists or trained Massage Therapists. There are even Lymph Pumps that can be game changers. I am very grateful my Radiation Oncologist referred me for these treatments. I hope the best for your journey.
