Because he's a fictional character! I mean, Jesus was Jewish, but the Sabbath is Sunday instead of Saturday, there are no dietary restrictions for Christians, and they ignore all the Jewish holidays, and created their own from Pagan holidays. Is there anything that makes sense about Christianity?
